Custom Orthotics & Insoles for Flat Foot
Please tell us before your visit or order

If you are diabetic, have any allergies, or have any other medical condition, please inform our team before your treatment or before using any product. This helps us keep you safe and recommend the right care for you.

Flat feet, medically known as pes planus, occur when the arch of the foot is lower than normal or completely absent, often due to pronation or over-pronation (the foot rolling too far inward when walking). As Ms. Salma Roshan has noted, insoles are widely available in medical stores across Pakistan, but they are not customised — for genuine, lasting relief a patient should visit a podiatrist for a properly fitted, customised wedge or insole.

Why generic insoles often don't work

Every foot has a unique arch height, pressure distribution and pronation pattern. A generic insole bought off a pharmacy shelf is built to an average shape that may not match your foot at all — at best it does nothing, and at worst it can create new pressure points and discomfort. This is exactly why custom orthotics, built from an actual assessment of your foot, consistently outperform generic products.

Our custom orthotic process

We assess your arch type, gait, and pressure distribution; identify which areas of your foot need more or less support; and design or select an orthotic insole matched specifically to your foot shape and the shoes you wear most. This is appropriate not only for flat feet but also for high arches, uneven pressure distribution linked to plantar fasciitis or bunions, and general standing fatigue.

Who benefits most

People with visibly flat feet or fallen arches, anyone with recurring arch, heel or knee pain linked to foot posture, people who stand for long hours at work, growing children showing signs of flat feet, and patients already being treated for plantar fasciitis, bunions or Achilles tendinopathy who need pressure redistribution as part of their treatment plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is a custom orthotic different from a shop-bought insole?

A custom orthotic is made to the exact shape and pressure pattern of your own foot, while off-the-shelf insoles offer only generic, one-size support that often doesn't address the actual problem.

Are custom orthotics only for flat feet?

No. They also help with high arches, plantar fasciitis, general arch pain, and uneven pressure distribution - flat feet is simply one of the most common reasons patients need them.
